Terms

The product

RIVO is a training aid. Its numbers are measurements with stated confidence, not guarantees, and they are not medical, safety or scouting advice. Use the box behind a proper net or screen; it does not stop balls.

Your account

An account belongs to one adult. You are responsible for the hitters you add and for the people you link by code. Keep your sign-in email secure.

Your content

Swing data and clips are yours. You give Rivo Sports permission to store and display them to you and the people you link, and to use de-identified aggregates to improve the product.

Warranty and returns

Hardware carries a one-year limited warranty against defects. Returns within 30 days of delivery, in original condition. Details ship with the box.
